Microsoft products:
Our Microsoft products are guaranteed by Microsoft itself, the length of which is usually 2 years from the date of purchase.
You do not need an invoice or warranty letter to validate the Microsoft Warranty. You simply have to register the product in your Microsoft account under the "devices" menu and add it to your account. Once this is done, you will see the validity period/length of the warranty in your your account and from here you will also be able to order repair service for 2 years if there are any problems with your product.
Product registration and ordering repair service within your Microsoft account are that simple, but we are happy to help if you get stuck at any point of the process.
Apple products:
Our Apple products are also guaranteed by the manufacturer itself, in this case, Apple. The length of the warranty is usually 1 year from the activation of the product.
You don't need an invoice or warranty letter to validate the Apple Warranty. When the product has arrived, you can simply register/activate the product in your apple account (Apple ID), and the warranty becomes active from this activation date.
You will be able to request a repair for this device here in your account, whether it is a hardware or software problem. Of course, we will also help you with this easy process if something is not completely clear.
